The Midrand Heliport stands as one of the jewels in our crown. Our client requested a large-scale custom roller shutter for their helicopter hangar capable of accommodating helicopters of any size. We delivered a custom extra-length door with a movable centre post, allowing flexible access and maximum clearance.
Due to its scale, the door required certification for wind resistance, which we successfully achieved, ensuring both safety and durability. When approached in the year 2020 to provide a solution for the prestigious Steyn City Heliport, we knew the project demanded something exceptional. Our team rose to the challenge, delivering a robust and elegant door system tailored to the unique demands of a world-class aviation facility.

We were incredibly proud to be awarded the project to manufacture and install the fire station doors for the brand-new Kommetjie Road Fire Station in the year 2018. Being part of a project that directly supports first responders is always an honour, and this one was no exception.
Fire station garage doors need to do more than just look good. They must be fast, durable, and reliable to operate under pressure. We worked closely with the project team to deliver a solution that met both the operational and aesthetic needs of the station, ensuring quick response times and long-term performance.
This Alu-view product was powder-coated in a ‘fire station’ red and custom-manufactured to accommodate the aperture required by the design team.
